Its like a puzzle, you know what it looks like the framework but you still haven’t got all the bits into their places yet but you know one thing, all the bits that are there are all that needs to be there.
So one then apply each concept at each point, then apply the skill and if the skill used don’t match the template one then change skill. (skill=behavior)
That can be daunting for some, talked to Hans, and he applied what I learned today, which refined things for him so he could improve.
So it took 6 weeks but then the pivot worked the way it should now.
